Sign in to delete your account
Sign in with the phone number or Google account you use on beem, so we know the account is yours.
What happens next
- Within 30 days your account closes. Until then you can sign in and choose to keep it.
- When it closes, your profile and posts are no longer shown on beem, nobody can message or follow you, you are signed out everywhere, and you can no longer sign in to it. Messages you already sent stay in the other person's chat until your information is deleted. Your phone number or Google account can be used to make a new account.
- 365 days after it closes, your account and all of its information are permanently deleted from our database. Until then we keep it only for safety, fraud prevention, payment disputes and legal requests.
Before you delete
- Coins left in your wallet are lost and are not refunded.
- If you are a creator, withdraw your diamonds from Payouts first. Diamonds not withdrawn when the account closes are lost.
Can't sign in?
Email info.beempvtltd@gmail.com from the email linked to your account, or tell us the phone number you signed up with, and ask us to delete your account. We may ask you to confirm it is yours. Read more in our Privacy Policy.
